Navigator asks what you need, then builds your plan.

Back and neck care that works as one system.

Patients do best when the people who care for them work together. MSK Navigator brings clinics, physicians, health systems, universities and associations onto one standard of care, and gives each of them a part to play.

Find your path

Start where you are.

Every path shares the same five practices. None of them stores patient data.

How it works

  • Your plan

A plan made from your answers

Navigator reads your website, asks what matters most, and builds a 90-day plan. Every step says who does it. Most are done for you; yours take minutes.

    Maya O.
    Clinic owner, OH

Each week the plan told me what was next, and most of it was already done.

  • Packets

Packets to physicians, sent for you

We find the physicians near you and put together a packet for each: a short letter, how you care for back and neck pain, your team and badges, and a referral form. You or your front desk look it over. We send it by mail, fax or email, and follow up for you.

    Luis F.
    Chiropractor, OH

I look over the packets on Monday. They go out Thursday. That's my part.

  • Learning

Short courses on what physicians ask about

Video courses of 10 to 15 minutes on red-flag screening, imaging, non-drug care, measuring progress and working with doctors. Short courses for your front desk too, and the forms and handouts to put each one into practice.

    Luis F.
    Chiropractor, OH

The red-flag course took me nine minutes. I use the checklist every day.

  • Badges

    Red-flag screening

Badges that show how you care

Finish a course and earn a badge. It prints on every packet, with a code a doctor can scan to see what it means and when you earned it.

Packets

Each packet is built from your website: your logo, your colors, your team and hours. Turn the pages, change a line, choose mail, fax or email for each office, then send them in one step. We track every one and tell you when a doctor replies.

Our standard

What physicians expect.

Physicians refer to clinics they can trust with their patients. These five practices, drawn from current clinical guidelines, are what they look for. Your packet states the ones you follow. Each is a short course and a badge, so you can add the rest.

  1. 1Screen every new patient for red flags, and call their doctor the same day if one is found.
  2. 2Order imaging only when it will change care.
  3. 3Start with non-drug care, as current guidelines recommend.
  4. 4Measure progress with standard outcome scores.
  5. 5Keep the referring doctor informed, after the first visit and at discharge.

Red-flag screening

Earned Oct 9, 2026

Every new patient is screened for signs of serious illness before treatment. If one is found, the clinic calls the patient's doctor that day; emergencies go straight to emergency care.

Built from the American College of Physicians and American Pain Society guideline on diagnosing and treating low back pain (2007).

What a doctor sees when they scan a badge

Badges show completed training. They are not a license or a board certification.

9 more new patients a month by month six.1

That's the goal we set for an average clinic. At about $1,100 of care for each new patient, it's $9,900 a month, with the same team and the same hours.

A goal and an estimate, not a promise.

Four family doctors near us send patients now. I looked over the packets; MSK Navigator did the rest. We went from eight new patients a month to fifteen, and I'm still home by six.

Dr. Ana Ruiz, DC

My part takes a few minutes on Monday. MSK Navigator finds the doctors, sends the packets and follows up.

Dr. Ben Hale, DC

A family physician called after reading our packet. The red-flag screening and the update after the first visit were what mattered. Their first patient came that week.

Dr. Joy Tran, DC

Questions

What owners ask first.

What does it cost?

It's included in your Lakeshore membership. Postage and faxes are billed at cost, unless your organization covers them. No ads to buy, no contract. Not a member? Talk to us.

Will doctors care?

Physicians want a clear picture of how you screen, treat and keep them informed. Your packet gives them that on one page, and any office can opt out in one step.

What if I don't follow all five yet?

That's fine. Your packets state only what you do today. Each practice is a short course, and its line goes on your packets once you finish it.

I've tried marketing vendors.

MSK Navigator doesn't buy ads or lists. It sends your own packets, in your name, to the physicians near you, and you see every page first.

How much of my time?

A few minutes a week to look over packets. Add your front desk and they take the small jobs, in their own view. Or let us send for you.

What if I don't want AI?

Every step works without Navigator, and a person is always a click away. You can stop any time.

1 / 3

  1. 1 A goal and an estimate for this demo, not results from real clinics. Note 2 shows how.
  2. 2 The figures on this page are for a demo. They are not results from real clinics, and we do not promise them. We assume an average clinic adds nine new patients a month by month six, and that each new patient brings about $1,100 of care, an average across a course of care. It is not a visit target: each plan of care follows the patient's needs and measured progress. MSK Navigator writes, mails, faxes and emails for your clinic. It stores no patient data and is not an EHR. Navigator is an AI guide and can be wrong. Badges show completed training. They are not a license or a board certification. Lakeshore Chiropractic Network, its clinics and every person on this page are made up. Northgate Health Partners and Ellery University are made up too.
